Layout preview does not works

i am new with Xibo.. i am trying to show my layout with the display option but does not load my canvas.. any idea?

Could I ask what version you are using? Are you hosting on our cloud? What have you added to your Layout? Could show me some screenshots of your Layout Design in the editor? You can send via direct message if you would prefer?
