Following the relatively simple instructions for upgrading the 1.8.1 CMS to 1.8.2 with Docker at the bottom of Xibo 1.8.0 with Docker on Ubuntu 16.04 , everything seemed to work and the CMS is running, but it is still showing as 1.8.1 and not 1.8.2. in the terminal the new tar.gz file has an .1 appended to it. Perhaps THAT should have been extracted and not the original which is still there after the first install.
Yes I think that’s a relatively safe bet.
If you’ve got the old tar.gz file there, then delete that first, and then run through the notes.
Thx will try that now. This will no doubt teach me not to follow instructions to the letter…
