Issue when displaying image PNG-JPG resizing and sometimes doesn't show the image

i have an issue when trying to display an image (PNG, JPG) format on an android display, 65" inch.

So sometimes the image is resizing and doesn’t feet the screen, and sometimes the image doesn’t shown at all, iam using PDF to solve this issue but iam wondering how to solve this issue.

iam using the CMS Version 2.3.5
and player android version 2
