Is self-explanatory.

What CMS version are you using and what player version did you download please?

You should always use the CMS and players in the same series.

At a guess you have 1.7.9 (or at least 1.7 or older) CMS version and you’ve downloaded 1.8.2 Xibo for Windows?
If so, you’d need to download and install 1.7.9 Xibo for Windows.
