Issue: playlist is not shown, only white screen

Hi all,
we are running XIBO Version 4.1.0 with client Webos ("Device Model ":“55XE4F-MJ”,"Firmware Version ":“04.25.10”,"WebOS Version ":“4.0”)
The device is connected with a layout. Thsi layout has 2 different regions, each is running a playlist with videos, images, an websites.
The device runs from 08:00 AM tp 10:00 PM, controlled by XIBO.
That runs pretty fine, but occanionally (pretty often), one of the areas of the layout will not shown the right content during the day, but only a white screen. Sometimes the region above, somtimes the region below. This will be fixed the next day.
There are no error logs.
How can I avoid such behavious and show the right content?

PS: yesterday I got a message during the playing time from the player: Error during decryption (probably incorrect key). Original error: Error: error:0407109F:rsa routines:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_2:pkcs decoding error
?? I can not exchange keys to my knowledge
