I have all the requirements to install onto my web host however, everything has a check next to it except ZIP (this enables import/export of layouts). It has an X next to it. How to I change this so I can continue with installation?
You will want to install (well, probably enable) php zip module

Although that should be enabled by default in php 5.3+
