While perusing the forums, I concluded that the only way to set the duration of individual images and/or PDFs happens through the library section. Can I specify the duration somewhere else? Also, when looking at the manual I tried to follow the link on the Layout Timeline page https://xibo.org.uk/manual/en/layouts_timeline.html to see the v2 page https://xibo.org.uk/manual/en/layouts_timeline_2.0 but got a 404 message. I greatly appreciate any advice.

When you add media to your Layout you have the option of selecting to override the default duration for individual items from the Layout Designer, Edit forms:
On the General tab, tick to ‘Set a duration’ and provide the new duration in seconds. The timeline will update and show the duration for that particular media item.

Thank you for responding. Oddly the link in the page you refer to for v2.0 has a broken link to v2.3. I see now where to manually change the duration. Seems I mentally blocked that section. Thank again for the reply.
