how to include seconds in scheduling layouts in xibo 1.8 any ideas ?

You would need to have seconds in your date format in CMS Settings -> Regional tab

for example:
d-m-Y H:i:s

Then you will be able to see seconds in the new/edit schedule events / schedule now forms.
