Images don't show dataset and rss ticker

So can you access the logs on that webserver and see if the Xibo CMS is able to download the files?

I can access the log files where can i find those that you need ?

I’ve no idea I’m afraid. I don’t know how your institution administrators set things up, what operating system or what webservers you’re using! On the remote webserver that hosts those images, somewhere will be an access log. You just need to check that file and see if the CMS is allowed to download those images.

I can’t find any error in the webserver logs about not downloading the images.

Right that’s the logs on the server the CMS is running on. I mean the logs on the webserver that hosts the images that won’t load. The box called “s2780p.intern.ubnet.nl
