I created a dataset using a remote source, but it doesn't work when displayed in the layout

Hello everyone, I am currently working on creating a dataset and have followed the guidelines provided in the Xibo community. However, the data I have carefully set up still doesn’t display on the layout I created. I’m asking for your help to find a solution for this issue.

I have entered the API address correctly, and I also tested the URL in the data tab. I received the data as expected.

And for the columns in the dataset, I have created them according to the tutorial provided by the Xibo community.
But when I add the dataset to the layout, unfortunately, the data doesn’t appear. Why could this be happening?

And look at the image below, it’s empty and not populated with anything, unlike the dataset below that I created using values.

Please help me out.

Hello and Welcome to our Xibo Community.

Please try to set the option “constantly” under “Advanced” tab to see if fetching data from your remote source improves.

If available, you can also try running the task “fetch remote datasets” under CMS>Administration>Tasks

I hope this helps.

Thank you for your response, and I apologize, but it seems I haven’t fully understood how to use this remote system. After waiting for a long time, I did receive the data, but it took a very long time. I need this data continuously, but unfortunately, it’s not meeting my expectations. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to obtain new data, and only then is the new data available.

Did I make any mistakes during the setup?

The image below is taken from the layout.

And the following image shows the instructions you gave me earlier. I followed them as directed, but the data still isn’t available continuously.

Oh, I’m not sure if Xibo can retrieve data in real-time or not, but what I do know is that Xibo can continuously retrieve data. Is that correct?

Thank you.

But for the previous task, was it only active for 30 seconds? Because now its status has gone back to inactive.
