I can not link the Xibo 1.8.10 client on Windows with my Xibo 1.8.10 CMS

I can not link the Xibo 1.8.10 client on Windows with my Xibo 1.8.10 CMS.
I get the error:
"The connection has been terminated. The connection has ended unexpectedly. "
When I give “save”, I get this error, attached screenshot.
Which may be due? I have about 18 players (clients) uploaded in my CMS and they are perfect, today I wanted to upload a client in my CMS that gives me this error.
The error of the image is seen in Spanish but it is this:
“” “” The connection has been terminated. The connection has ended unexpectedly. “” “”
Thank you

I attach the image that I commented on in the previous post.
Thank you

Can you reach the CMS address in IE on the PC with that player?

is it connected over https (assuming your CMS is configured for https of course).

Are there other players on the same network as this one that work without any problems?

Good afternoon Peter,
Thanks for answering.
If you give the player I can reach the URL of the CMS.
In the domain of the CMS I have installed an SSL certificate “let’s encrypt”, so that the URL loads with https, inside the CMS I have it in “force https”.
1 month ago I mounted it on a web server that I have hired, upload the files to the server and run the installer via browser, then upload the memory among other things because the installer marked me the wrong parameters.
Once everything was correct I proceeded to create the database … and proceeded with its installation.
Until last Thursday all right, I was uploading players to the CMS and no problem, now I have up to 18 players uploaded to my CMS (all clients have them configured xon xibo client 1.8.10 with Windows).
And last Thursday when a new player came up to the CMS I found that problem.
The technicians of my hosting have analyzed it and they tell me that at the moment they do not see any blockage or anything like that, it’s more when you enter the CMS, everything goes fast and correct.
The last thing I’ve seen is that the 18 players I have in the Xibo CMs, in the “connected” section I get an “X”, they are all disconnected, it’s as if the CMS blocked the connection to them.
Thanks Peter, if you need more details ask me, I do not know where to look anymore.
Thank you.

Fixed issue, it was blocking my hosting problem.
I explain, according to my technicians:

The Cibo of Xibo 1.8.10 is taking the identification string of IE6, and is using it. This chain is the identification of old web clients (internet explorer 6), it is old, without maintenance and with a rich history of vulnerabilities. If a user uses it, it is possible that he has it hacked or with Trojans.
Therefore, this identification chain is not related to the greater or lesser security of the CMS. That is, because it uses that identifying chain, the CMS is not insecure. It’s just a text string.
For this reason, a few days ago I was given a security protection that blocks the accesses that use this identification string, since my CMS uses it for access.
From here comes the problem when I wanted to upload a client to the Xibo CMS, access was blocked. Now I have a different security configuration, to avoid blocking problems of this type.
My question is why do you use this IE6 text string?

Thank you so much for everything
