I added background image for one layout it is not shown in user and group Admin account and i gave all permission to that user and group admin to access to that layout, Please help me

when i click on thumbnail i got this message,

Failed to load image: index.php?p=module&mod=image&q=Exec&method=GetResource&mediaid=455

Are you using 1.7.8 CMS?

You could try editing permissions for that layout and make sure ‘Update these permissions on all layouts, regions and media.’ is enabled as well.
