Hello everyone, I am trying to translate the texts of the forms. Like “1st line”, “Yes”, “No”, etc… i need it to be in spanish… Like “1ra linea”, “Si”, “No”… I can’t found the text or file…

There is a good chance that those items are already translated, you’d need to switch CMS language to Spanish (es).
Translations are done via community contributions in launchpad - https://translations.launchpad.net/xibo/github/+pots/default/es/+translate
