How to insert mp3 (audio file) and jpg (photo) in same Layout ?

PS: NOT SAME AS FOR (wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, webm, mp4)
.jpg is enabled by default, you just add an image to your layout from the modules on the left.
.mp3 is not enabled by default and it actually is the same as what you mentioned ie video module.
first you will need to enable it on modules page in CMS ie go to modules page → edit video module and add ,mp3
Then you can add video(mp3) and image to your layout:
