How to enable shell command module?

Hi, It the post below you advised to enable the shell commands module in order to send commands to the display/pc.

But, in the modules sections. the shell command is not enable and I do not see how I could enable it.
I don’t think the clear cache is related.

I assume you’re using Spring Signage hosting?
