How to do CLOUD version translation to my language

Hello,
I would like to know what is the way to be able to translate the CLOUD version of Xibo.
What is the procedure or some library to translate, i am willing to take a part of job but please let me know how to do that. Thank you

The CMS translations are here - https://translations.launchpad.net/xibo/github/+translations

Any changes made to the translations there are pulled and added to the next CMS release.
