Purchased additional licenses. Why are they a separate pool? How to combine them?

I believe this issue was resolved for you in our help desk earlier today, but if you still have any questions about your license pool, I would recommend opening a ticket on the help desk for further support.

Also, whilst I can see that the email addresses for your license pools are not fully revealed, I would recommend against posting any of the address on the community forum.
