The best solution for your setup will depend on the way you intend to setup your Xibo CMS Containers.
When you set up a Xibo CMS for your digital signage, you can make that CMS available over a local network or the internet.
If you configure your CMS to be accessible on the local network, then you will need to set up a CMS at each site, on the same network as the Displays for that site, so that Events and changes can be communicated between the Displays and CMS.
If you intend to set up a CMS that is available using a domain name, it may not be necessary to create more than one CMS, as you will be able to connect to your Displays across the internet. You could instead use the Display Group functionality to create Groups for each City. This would then allow you to create Events for your Displays either individually or as an entire Group.
Display Groups also support nesting, allowing you to create a hierarchy of Groups for more dynamic Event Scheduling.
As an example, let’s say I wish to manage a City from one CMS and that City has 2 departments. I could create a group for each department in the City, then create a Group named City 1 that contains the 2 department groups I just created. If I wanted to create Events for each department, I would be able to schedule my Event just for that department Group. If I also wished to create an Event for all departments, I could use the City Group that I made, as this will contain both department Groups, ensuring all Displays receive the schedule.
This structure could then be replicated for multiple Cities, you could even create a Group that contains multiple Cities for Events that span multiple locations.
I have included the documentation for Display Groups below for reference:

Xibo also offers a hosted CMS instance service, where we would set up the CMS for you. You are welcome to try a 14 day demo of this service at the below link:

In your original post, you mentioned that you wanted to know how to access your CMS using the web browser. This is done by entering the URL for your CMS. If the CMS is only available on the local network, you can access your CMS by entering the http://localhost
address into your web browser. If you have set a custom port for your CMS, you may need to add : folowed by your custom port number to the end of the address. If you have configured your CMS with a domain name, you should be able to access your CMS by entering the domain URL into your web browser.
I have included a link to the installation manual for more information.

Many Thanks.
