Help with including xmr in xibo installation

good day guys! i’m trying to install xibo 1.8.1 with the xmr feature incuded on my computer (windows 8.1)
i am followed this tutorial on youtube.
so i am using xampp as my server. itll be awesome if anyone could guide on how to add ZeroMQ.
if not then can anyone link me to some installations with all of the components complete.
