my environment
Window: 8.1
xibo version: 1.7.7
Template Display:5464x768 (separate 4 region 1366x768/per 1 region)
region 1 : html
region 2 : video
region 3: video
region 4 : video

when open xibo client sometime program error and stop working i fixed it by open program again and problem sloved. i need help reopen program automatic when client stop working please help to fixed issued. i attached image error for example

Please can you upgrade to 1.7.8 which runs the watchdog by default and should restart the player when a problem like this occurs.

It is started automatically in 1.7.8. There were some stability improvements in 1.7.8, so I really recommend you take the upgrade and see if it helps.

I would also recommend you to check your hardware.
You are running a resolution that is higher than 4K and such does require lot of performance from the system.
Could you please inform what type of hardware are you using?
CPU, RAM, etc.
And,
I know HTML pages can make overloads depending on what is inside…

Have you checked your layout properly and also the screen setup?
I mean do you see your desktop in the resolution that you have informed.

I would check,

  • The layout, its size, content, settings etc.
  • The display setting in the player by making sure the settings are done from the graphic card application not the Windows because Windows display settings and Intel Graphic card settings for example does behave in different ways.
  • Player client settings to make sure your display size is correct
