Having error in linux xibo player

I am having below error while running xibo player
“terminate called after throwing an instance of ‘boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injectorboost::property_tree::ptree_bad_path >’
what(): No such node (collectInterval)”
Unable to sort it out. Please help.

Thank you for your message. Please provide the following information:

  • What version of Linux are you using?
  • What version of the Xibo for Linux Player have you installed?
  • What version is your CMS?
  • If you log into your CMS and choose the Display Settings option, do you have a Linux Profile?
  • If you do have a Linux Profile, please click on the button at the end and choose edit. What is the Collection Interval set to on the General tab?
