Hi, I’d like to upload an H265 Full HD encoded video, but I got the message “File type not allowed”.
What can I do to upload this? Is it supported or not by Xibo?

H265 video is supported by Xibo as long as your Device is able to play the files. The issue may be with the file type that you are trying to upload.
If you select Modules in your CMS and navigate to the Video Module, you will see in the Valid Extensions column the file types that your CMS will accept. If the file type is not listed here, you will need to add it to the list of Valid Extensions or convert the file to a file type that is already supported.
To add a Valid Extension, click the down facing arrow at the end of the Video Module row and choose Edit. You will see a field named Valid extensions where you can add the file type to the list. All values must be comma separated or they will not work. Save when you have finished.
