Group admin and user entities unable to do operation

I have created users, group admin. For group admin, I have generated client_id and client_secret. From the group admin client_id and client_credentials, I have successfully generated Access token.

Using Access token try to register new display but it shows access denied.

Same issue happening with User entity.

Please help and take me out.
