Getting 500 internal server error message while sending any command to player

Hi i am getting a 500 - internal server error if i try to send any command to the player

i made sure xmr is running fine on both ends .

Please advise

What CMS version is that and what server environment are you using please?

i run the CMS v 1.8.2 on win-server 2012 r2 IIS

php 5.6.31

My problem is whenevr i send any command to the display ie: collect, screenshot etc…

i get that internal error as you see in the screenshot, i have tried the debuging xmr seems working fine also when i click on the command it registers on the debug screen.
