Gets stuck uploading larger content

Hi guys

I’ve setup my Xibo 1.7.9 server on shared host (godaddy) and seems to be fine, except I’m having issues opening video content.

When uploading it will either get to around 40mb and cancel with ‘true’, but for other files it will upload the whole lot (100mb), but then stay at 100% and not finish and add the file.

In testing, I managed to get 2x 40+mb files to upload successfully. Its very strange.

I have changed all the usual php.ini settings such as max upload and memory sizes, and ran audit logging and nothing strange came up when it errors.

Xibo isn’t particularly well suited to a shared hosting environment.

So, all needed changed in php.ini can be found here - How do I upload files bigger than 2MB / How can I increase the upload file size limit?

Assuming you have access to it of course, which is not always the case on shared hosting.

You might want to contact your hosting support about it, I’m quite sure it’s more of a web server issue than Xibo itself.
