Forecast.io widget not resizing

Hi,

I’ve resize the Forecast.io widget. On the preview, it works correctly. On the player, it doesn’t resize. I tried overwriting the template but it still doesn’t work.

What to do?

Could you please tell me what CMS and player version are you using?
Also which template please?

Sure, latest Windows player and latest CMS (1.8.1).

Template 4 but I tried all landscape template with colors.

Looks like those template are only meant for full screen

I see, could you please make sure that you have IE11 Installed and that you also have correct entries in windows registry regarding browser emulation - Enabling HTML5 in the Windows .net Player

If it’s windows 10, make sure that in display settings the ‘Change the size of text, apps and other items’ is set to 100%

If it can help, my RSS feed at the bottom should have a white background but it’s transparent on the player.

Windows player does not support overlapping regions / transparency - that’s why it’s only over the background image (is the background image .jpg?)

Regarding scaling issue, I’m not sure what’s more it could be, as it works fine on various PCs in our office.

Any settings I can try? Any log we can look at?
