I am using Dataset to fill up a menu.
My customer try to simply change the dataset menu description, but some some reason initial data gets replace back.
Any reason that could apply like that ?

When change the data in dataset (in CMS web ui) the changes will be reflected immediately in the layout designer.
If it doesn’t then that’s most likely browser cache.
Changes can be delayed on the player by:
- Collection interval setting
- Layout duration
- Ticker/dataset view update interval
