Expiration date on media

Hi, on our installation we need to have the expiration date on a media content.

I read that someone asked the feature. Are there any news?

In 1.8 with playlists yes, in 1.7 unfortunately no.

But in this way the expiration is for the playlist and not for the contents contained in it.

Hi,
we have just installed a.1.8.0 alpha3 version but we can’t find where we can set date expiration for a playlist. Truly we can’t find “playlist” too… :slight_smile: We assumed that playlist is the timeline list (and we hope that we are wrong)…

Can you plase give me some more details or can you send me a link where I can find information on the feature?

I am having the same issue. I have just installed the 1.8 BETA specifically to test the media expiration functionality but I cannot seem to find it. Just wondering if this is implemented in the 1.8 BETA CMS?
