It means that there are items on the layout that can only be assessed by the display (ie CMS can’t tell if those files/widgets will play correctly) in your case the ‘webpage’ widget will cause the layout status to become (!), it’s not an issue in itself - your player should be able to display it without problems, assuming it will be able to reach the webpage url.
