Hello i receive this error when i try to connect to my cloud server

Fatal Error - sorry this shouldn’t happen. SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections

We experienced a short degradation of MySQL in our London Region between 10.20 and 10.50 on 15th May 2019. This affected a number of CMS instances for approximately 30 minutes. Existing Displays would have continued to play their cached content.
