Error message through through pop-up window but not clear what to do

Hello, we are running three LCD from separate desktops at work. Although their setup is equal not equal issues are faced. Strange but not crucial at this moment.

Please can you help me to identify the issue from the below text:

What needs to be done to prevent this issue from occurring?

Apologies for the delay, it seems we’ve missed your post.

So your issue seems similar to this one:
Object reference not set to an instance of a object

Unfortunately we were unable to pinpoint what’s causing it :disappointed:
Please have a look at that topic, perhaps you’ll find some suggestions helpful.

Other than that, if you do have some CMS/client/windowsEvent logs that could shed some light on this issue, we’d appreciate it.
