Thank you for your message and screenshot of your issue. According to your screenshot, /opt/xibo is read only, which could explain why there is an issue.
I would recommend making sure that you can Read and Write to that Directory and all sub directories beneath it. Once you have done that, try to up your CMS again to see if the issue is resolved.
