Hello, this error happens without stopping in this player, I have 7 player and all are correct only this one with this problem.
PLAYER 1.7 / CMS versão 1.7.9
ANDROID VERSAO 4.4.2 VERSAO / KERNEL 3.0.36+
What’s your collection interval setting please? (Display settings page -> Edit display profile assigned to your device)
That status means that there were changes made since the last time this display connected to the CMS, in 1.7 series that happens each collection interval, I’d assume that once it check in with the CMS on the next collection interval it should change the status to checkmark or X if it needs to download new files.
