We use Dynamic playlists to display content on certain days, at specific locations, and on particular devices. Could someone explain why this media matches the playlist rule? None of the tags on the media seem to meet the conditions. Am I misunderstanding how the logic works here?

Hi @TimS , I think you need to tick the box in the Tag Filter to say that you want those tags to be an Exact Match, otherwise the ‘info’ tag that you have there will be matching against ‘HometownInfo’, ‘NormalInfo’ and ‘Quincy1837Info’ as they all contain ‘info’.
@Frazer Thank you for your reply. I’ve confirmed that selecting the Exact checkbox works as described. However, I’m confused because this issue only appears when we add a Tag to Media that isn’t already present in a playlist filter. It also only appears to affect a few of out playlists.
