We tried placing an ad in the test platform HLS at , and everything plays there. On the server XIBO itself, the preview also plays, but the most surprising thing is that it doesn’t play on the screens; it only displays a black screen.
Could you please suggest a solution to this problem? What other things can we try?
All other photos and videos we’ve posted are working fine. The only issue is with the stream HLS

Can I ask what players you are using? If you are using Android it needs to be running Android 6 or later. Devices earlier than Android 6 can play HLS using the Local Video Widget instead.

Could you share an exported copy of the layout, or the HLS stream so that one of the team can test on a Windows player? and can you also confirm the CMS version you are using. You can send via direct message to me if you would prefer.
