Can i install xibo docker version on hyper-v virtual machine???

If its a Linux VM running on HyperV then yes absolutely.

If you’re trying to use a Windows server, then the answer is “maybe”. It depends on the exact hardware and setup of HyperV, and which of the Docker for Windows versions you’ll try and install.

I’d do a Linux VM running Ubuntu 18.04 of the easiest and best supported route.
