Our displays are not updating to new layouts in the schedule. The Displays menu says that they are both updating files, but they have been stuck at this for a few days now. I have restarted the clients with no luck.
Can you answer the below questions:
- What version of the Players are you using?
- What version of CMS are you using?
- You mentioned that in the Displays menu they are both updating, what is the symbol being shown in the Status column for those Displays? (Tick, Cross or Cloud)
- Are the Displays regularly contacting your CMS? The best way to be sure is to see if the
Last accessedcolumn shows that the Displays have connected to your CMS recently.
- Are you receiving any errors in the Logs page of your CMS for those Displays?
