Displays aren't updating

Our displays are not updating to new layouts in the schedule. The Displays menu says that they are both updating files, but they have been stuck at this for a few days now. I have restarted the clients with no luck.

Can you answer the below questions:

  • What version of the Players are you using?
  • What version of CMS are you using?
  • You mentioned that in the Displays menu they are both updating, what is the symbol being shown in the Status column for those Displays? (Tick, Cross or Cloud)
  • Are the Displays regularly contacting your CMS? The best way to be sure is to see if the Last accessed column shows that the Displays have connected to your CMS recently.
  • Are you receiving any errors in the Logs page of your CMS for those Displays?
