Hi,
My displays seem to work correctly with the exception of one that will not pick up video files. When I look at the statuses, that one display status shows an icon that looks like a cloud with a download arrow inside it. I don;t know what that means or how to fix it I have tried the documentation but it talks about icons and colors that don’t seem to exist in my interface.
Version 1.8.2
Any ideas?
Checkmark - up to date
Cloud ( ! in 1.7 I believe) - Out of date, but has not yet checked in with the server
X - downloading new content.
The Cloud icon should not persist, unless your display has problem connecting to your CMS.
Is it currently logged in and does the last accessed column show appropriate time?
I’m running 1.8.2 on Docker/Synology. I restarted the Synology and all is good. Three checks and check-in time is correct.
Ok, cool, display probably just needed to connect to the CMS and download whatever it was missing.
In any case I’m glad it’s fine now.
