Display showing blank after adding media to layout

Any kind of help will be appreciated.

I created a new layout and uploaded a new video to this layout but the display is showing blank. How can I fix this issue so I can view the video and pull it on the display?

It was working perfect this morning but when I decided to assign another layout (with a different video) to the campaign, the display was showing the splash screen and is still on there. Now, I tried to create a new layout and assign the new one to the campaign but now the layout is not showing the preview.
