hi - we have 3 new screens and 6 old ones all with the same layout. The 6 old ones are working fine. The 3 new ones were working but now we have sent a new layout are constantly displaying the cloud icon in the status column of the display. I thought it may be downloading the new content but its been showing all morning now. displays are showing authorised and logged in on the cms and last accessed just now. I cannot obtain a screenshot. Xibo 4.4.3 web OS. The screens are on a different site so i have people checking the app out.

I would suggest, running a connect process manually on the screen, once is connected it will rebuild some connections in order to get screenshots, also what version of web os are you running and what firmware is using the displays with the issues,
For last but no least if you could share me a picture of the actual logs on the player i would highly appreciate it

Many thanks for the message. I have also received support from the helpdesk - we are trying to diagnose… for some reason the new screens seem are stuck in a loop of trying to constantly download the content which has broken my bandwidth. May be firmware although this appears to be up to date.
