What is the best practice for migrating devices (and their associated content) from Docker version 4.0.15 to Docker version 4.4.1? There are hundreds of devices deployed across the client’s stores.

I upgraded my Docker from 4.0.9 to 4.4.1 last week without any issues.
I upgraded from Ubuntu 22 LTS to 24 LTS as part of the process as well, which caught me out as it then needed the docker-compose-v2 package and docker compose command instead of the previous docker-compose.
Ultimately, as long as the client players are supported by CMS 4.4.1, then you should be fine.
