any way of deleting layouts that are no longer in use automatically?
Or at least knowing if the layout is in use?

Thank you for your message. There is a filter option that can be used to identify if a Layout is currently in use but unfortunately there is currently an issue with this functionality which has been reported to the Development team.
You can locate the option in the Layouts menu by clicking the Advanced tab, you can see it here in my screenshot:
As mentioned at the beginning of my message, there is currently an issue with this functionality, which will be resolved in a future release of the Xibo Player. The issue report is linked below:
