Is it possible when I use a DataSet layout as an overlay layout in the schedule, that the overlay DataSet doesn’t update or is there a way to do this. Because when I schedule the DataSet layout as a normal layout then it updates
Thank you for your message. Overlays do not update/refresh in the same way as a standard Layout, which would explain the behaviour you are seeing.
If you would like to schedule a Dataset as an Overlay and have it update, you will need to either set the Overlay Region with the Dataset to loop so that the Widget is reloaded. You will find this option in
the region settings.
Alternatively you could add a second widget to the Overlay which is identical to your Dataset Widget, which will also cause the Dataset to refresh when the Widget reloads.
