I don’t see anything wrong on the task in your CMS based on the screenshot you’ve provided. Could you please run the ‘Report Fault’ wizard in your CMS maybe we can capture what is causing the issue in that log? To do so, go to your CMS > Report Fault. Follow the prompts on the Report Fault wizard and try to reload your dashboard. It will generate a troubleshoot.zip, please upload it here and provide me the download link.
The bottom part of the Dashboard shows information regarding the displays connected to your CMS, could you share the information below?
- How did you install your self-hosted CMS (linux, webserver or docker install?)
- How many players are actively connected to your CMS?
- What type of players are connected to your CMS (Android, webOS, Tizen or Windows?)
