My name is Jerry from the Support Team. Sorry to hear about the issue regarding your CMS dashboard section not showing data. Could you please check if all the tasks in your CMS are all running? To do so, In your CMS go to > Task. Look under the status column if there are any tasks that are not running; if they are running, you should see a clock symbol. If you see a bug symbol, you may click the row menu to run that task.
Here is an example of the task section where you can see that all task are running as being indicated by the clock symbol under the ‘Status’ column.
I don’t see anything wrong on the task in your CMS based on the screenshot you’ve provided. Could you please run the ‘Report Fault’ wizard in your CMS maybe we can capture what is causing the issue in that log? To do so, go to your CMS > Report Fault. Follow the prompts on the Report Fault wizard and try to reload your dashboard. It will generate a troubleshoot.zip, please upload it here and provide me the download link.
The bottom part of the Dashboard shows information regarding the displays connected to your CMS, could you share the information below?
How did you install your self-hosted CMS (linux, webserver or docker install?)
How many players are actively connected to your CMS?
What type of players are connected to your CMS (Android, webOS, Tizen or Windows?)
We’ve checked the logs you’ve submitted, and it seems that there might be some incorrect settings in your CMS > Settings > Network tab. Could you please share the entire screenshot of that section in your CMS so we can double-check what is currently set in there? Please upload it here and provide me the download link.
Could you please confirm that clearing or deleting the information in all the fields in CMS > Settings > Network tab and then saving it fixed the dashboard issue for you?
