I utilize a forecast embed on our XIBO digital signage. However as it loops thru the various signage slides and comes back to the forecast embed, it will just sit there saying “loading” and “invalid location” and won’t display the forecast.
The only fix is to reboot the XIBO player and it will show up again for a while but will eventually revert to the same behavior. Any ideas what would cause this? If I go to this URL: https://forecast.io/embed/#lat=38.932419&lon=-95.692965&name=Mars%20Topeka&color=#009cff&font=Impact&units=us It shows up fine.

Do you have that link as a webpage with open natively or is it actual embedded html code from darksky in embedded widget in Xibo?
Is it the same when you use the Weather widget? (it does use the darksky api, as such you’d need to provide your API key in that module)

XIbo has its own weather integration with Darksky and that’s the supported way to show weather.
I’m not sure why their own embed doesn’t work I’m afraid, but would suggest using the official widget.
