Hi

I want to use xibo as part of larger solution, and we need to offer our documentation all in one place for the user. This makes it easier for them.

The setting let me change the “http://www.xibo.org.uk/manual/en/” to a different url. But, every page/menu of XIBO has a link to a specific page on that official documentation.

  1. What is the best way for me to modify the documentation to another place?

  2. Is there an easy way to change individual documentation links in various xibo popup layouts (ie maybe you guys used two different pages for two different part of website, but for us we may end up put both in documentation one page)

  3. Is the documentation pages available for download?

All of the help links used can be found under Advanced -> Help Links. As of 1.7 series these are all prepended with the HELP_BASE setting.

The documentation source is here: https://github.com/xibosignage/xibo-manual

Its written in Markdown format and then has a generator run over it to create the HTML files. You could fork that, make changes in the source folder and then run generate.php to create the HTML files.
