I would like to know if Xibo is compatible with .ics Icalendar file ?
I need to show this flux on one TV.

Directly? Unfortunately I don’t think so, I believe we do have a feature request for it, but it was never implemented
Semi directly? Perhaps, I assume it can be imported to google calendar for example? If so then the google calendar can be displayed in Xibo, most likely in embed html module - you can get embed html code from google calendar, which you would simply copy/paste into Xibo embedded widget.
Unless icalendar can be embedded as well (I’ve never used it I’m afraid).
