Clock widget displaying Chinese after player upgrade to v2 R200

I’ve recently updated my CMS to 2.0.3 (custom on XAMPP) and then my player clients to v2 R200. After updating the clients, the clock widgets on my layouts have suddenly switched to displaying time and date formats in Chinese. I’ve confirmed the local region and language settings on the player OS and all is correct… What would cause this change? How can I fix it?

And fixed. I checked out each layout and made a small modification, and then checked them back in. Once it refreshes on the client, the time and date shows correctly. Just in case anyone else runs into this one.
