Client can not be seen on platform

Dear all,

I have install the client XIBO on my customer PC which is an university network with some security rules in place in terms on network architecture.

The client part is configured correctly but I cannot see it in the platform.

So is there any port to open or something special to configure ?

When you enter the CMS address and key then click Save, what does it say there?

Are you able to access the CMS address in the browser on that PC?

It says nothing special.
yes we have access to internet through that PC but did not check to CMS, I thing as long as we can access any other site your can be reach

What happen if customer enter CMS adresse en Key and simply click on Start without pressing SAVE button first ?

Could it be the reason ?
